January 5, 2015 in Chinese city of Harbin started the 31st annual international festival of ice and snow. Thousands of snow artists and sculptors from around the world have built a city of ice sculptures. At night, the ice city illuminated by LED lamps and lasers, creating a vibrant artistic and architectural images, looks especially beautiful.

First underwater art museum called MUSA (Museo Subacuatico de Arte) opened off the coast of the West India Islands by sculptor Jason de Kleyrs Taylor. At the bottom of a shallow lagoon installed more than 500 of his sculptures. Gradually they become overgrown with algae and coral, so it’s a real changing museum in a changing world.

Paper artist Helen Musselwhite works in her home studio, creating fabulous paper art with an ordinary set of tools. In particular, a table, reference books, lots of discarded scalpel blades and drawers full of paper. The result is impressive. According to Helen, she loves working with paper so much that she can get totally lost in what she is doing. And the time passes for her without noticing. She thinks that paper is a good medium. “As you can make it – as good as your own creativity, and that’s a fantastic challenge”. Her pieces usually start with some quick thumbnail sketch. She enlarges this and works from it. Helen Musselwhite loves to work on large-scale projects for brands and small commissions for private clients.

Born in 1981 in Grottaglie, Taranto, Giorgio Di Palma is a talented Italian artist. In fact, he hasn’t had any training in art institutes and academies. Giorgio Di Palma graduated from the Faculty of Archaeology and his previous experience was a computer programmer in Budapest. According to the artist, he loves painting, and his dog Lucky, the main inspiration for the artist and a prototype of characters of his imagination.
