“I believe that art can be found not only in high-end galleries,” – said about her project Lim Zhi Wei. She has created a wonderful series of watercolor drawings, decorated with flower petals. Lim Zhi Wei, also known under the nickname Limzy – artist from Singapore. The style of her work is very unusual. Because of this unique technique, which, perhaps, was not used by anyone, she has become known not only in her country but also far beyond its borders. Pictures of the artist executed in watercolor, then the drawing is complemented by flower petals. She does it very skillfully, the color and delicately attached to the drawing petals add completeness and greater expressiveness to the whole image. The idea of such unusual patterns came to the artist while she invented an original gift for her grandmother. Then she draw a girl in a dress of rose petals, for the first time.

Natural material, coral polyps (“bioherm”), in large concentrations become reefs and coral islands. Traditionally, people use ordinary corals as raw materials to produce lime. And some rare species, as a precious raw material used for the manufacture of jewelry. From their calcareous skeleton of red and pink, purified from polyps, even in ancient times, at least 25 thousand years ago, produced expensive necklaces, bracelets, brooches, cameos, and other products.

Golden Book by Charley Harper
Born in Frenchton, West Virginia on August 4, 1922, Harper is a talented modernist artist best known for his highly stylized wildlife prints, posters and book illustrations. During his career, Harper illustrated numerous books, notably The Golden Book of Biology. As his subjects are mainly natural, with birds prominently featured, Charley often created works for many nature-based organizations. In particular, the National Park Service, Cincinnati Zoo, Cincinnati Nature Center, Hamilton County (Ohio) Park District, and Hawk Mountain Sanctuary in Pennsylvania. Also, Harper designed interpretive displays for Everglades National Park. Charley Harper died on Sunday, June 10, 2007 after contending with pneumonia for some months.

The chances to make a piece of art, like a backdrop for a romantic medieval history.

Landscape photographer Galen Rowell
Born in Oakland, California, in 1940, Rowell was a talented landscape photographer. He has created an inspiring art gallery of landscape scenery from around the world, including portrait and still life. Remembered as one of the best American landscape photographers, Rowell was in fact, a self-taught photographer.
According to his biography, Galen Rowell enjoyed a long marriage with Barbara Cushman, with whom he lived in California and had two children. In 2002, 62-year-old Rowell and his wife tragically died in an air crash between Alaska and California. In order to recognize the great and intangible value of his body of work, Galen Rowell posthumously entered the International League of Conservation Photographers (2009).
