Russian painter Nicholas Roerich – one of the most prominent figures of Russian Symbolism and Art Nouveau, writer, archaeologist, theosophist, enlightener, philosopher, and public figure. He moved his philosophy onto the canvas, which are in the interest of the whole world. Nicholas Konstantinovich Roerich was born into the family of a well-known lawyer in St. Petersburg on September 27 (October 9), 1874. After finishing Karl Mai’s gymnasium, he entered the Academy of Arts in 1893, where he worked with Pavel Chistyakov and Arkhip Kuinji till 1897, simultaneously studying law at St. Petersburg University.

His paintings are images of darkness, psychedelic, monsters, scary surrealism. American artist Chet Zar was born November 12, 1967 in the city of San Pedro, California. In early childhood his parents discovered the talent for drawing ability and otherwise helped him in this. All of his childhood, the future artist painted, studied art receptions, and even fond of sculpture. This allowed him to find his own way, which is now referred to as “dark.”

Russian sculptor Dmitry Kravtsov is the creator of these fantasy mini sculptures. He was born 22 October 1969 in Petrozavodsk, Russia. His artistic career as a sculptor began in 1990 after graduation from the Institute of Architecture in Odessa. Dmitry Kravtsov lives and works in Sevastopol, sea port city of the Crimea. The first solo exhibition by Russian artist Dmitry Kravtsov was held in Moscow in 1995, in the gallery “NW”. Some of the author’s works were exhibited in Germany in the period from 1997 to 1999. At present the Dmitry Kravtsov’s works are in many private collections all over the world – in Canada, Russia, England, France, Germany, etc.

Dutch artist Hinke Schreuders makes a diverse layer of hand embroidery, beading, air lace weaving, and painting creating a completely new image, based on photos from her personal archive. Female figures – romantic, gentle, accentuating feminine fragility and vulnerability. This series of her work started ion 2008, is called simply: “Work on paper”, every work has a number instead of title. The artist neither explains the viewer the subject, nor tells the idea. See, define yourself. Hinke Schreuders was born 1 December 1969. Embroidery on paper artworks by Hinke Schreuders have been exhibited in galleries and museums both in the Netherlands and Europe.

Hidden from the world behind the lace curtains, elegant women is the main theme in paintings by Turkish artist Fusun Urkun Sanatevi. These windows, women, cats, flowers and lace curtains bring peace and comfort to the viewers, and reveal the inner world of a female self-taught Turkish artist. Fusun Urkun Sanatevi was born in Kayseri in 1960. She doesn’t remember when she first started painting, it seems to her she did art all her life, impressed by many artists. She has been painting in her studio in Ankara since 1984. Her first solo exhibition was in 1996. Later, in 1999 her works were exhibited at the world’s largest art competition organized by companies of Turkey, she was one of the five finalists. So far, Fusun Urkun Sanatevi has participated in 11 group and solo art exhibitions.
