Famous paintings food art

Russian photographer and food stylist Tatiana Shkondina recreates famous paintings of world art. However, instead of paints she uses edible materials: vegetables, fruits, meat and other products. Tatiana Shkondina successfully combines the natural texture and color of vegetables, fruit, meat, fish and other natural materials. Among her food reproductions can be found paintings by Van Gogh, Salvador Dali and Piet Mondrian.
By profession Tatiana is a radio engineer, however, she never worked by the specialty. According to her, she started photographing by accident, on vacation, when she took the camera with her. For several years, Tatiana worked with such companies as «Campbell’s», «Bounduelle» and «Jacobs». Tatiana herself notes that feature food photography requires a lot of patience, because the products can not stay the same as they were put in the composition some time ago.
