Russian self-taught artist Micheyeva lives in St. Petersburg. She is a dentist by education and profession. Felting miniature toys is just her hobby. Her talented works are expressive and touching. Adorable felted toys by Nadezhda leave no one indifferent. According to Nadezhda, it all started in a childhood, when she drew a lot, and constantly invented something. So, her mom took her to the art studio, but to painting she preferred molding plaster figures. In particular, she enjoyed making some primitive dolls, small animals and sewing clothes for them.

However, Nadezhda didn’t become an artist, having graduated from the Medical University, she received a degree in dentistry. And now she treats children’s teeth. Meanwhile, she again became interested in art only years later, after the birth of her child. She once again began doing things she loved, because wanted to diversify quite monotonous life. Tried to knit and embroider, and something else … Inspired by photographs from the internet, the pictures of toys made from wool struck her imagination.

Also, Nadezhda Micheyeva is a talented photographer. Her shots are short stories, where characters live their lives.
