Californian innovative artist Gabriel Burchman belongs to a generation of painters, where parents and grandparents were successful artists. Gabriel Burchman studied Fine Art at the University of Santa Cruz, from which he graduated in 1997. Since 2003 Burchman has been painting professionally, trying various styles, including gold leaf technique, which he had learnt from his mother. Gabriel Burchman finds inspiration in the beauty of nature – the ocean and the Laguna Mountains, where he spent his childhood. His paintings hang in Laguna Galleries in California, Sargent’s Fine Art in Maui, and Genesis Gallery on the Kona coast of Hawaii.
