Born in 1965, Russian artist Obukhov is native of Perm. He graduated from the Painting Department of the Penza Art College. Traditionally, Obukhov works in the genre of landscape painting in oil, painting in watercolors, and prefers romantic realism. Currently, the artist lives and works in Moscow. The artist has participated in art exhibitions since 1989, and his paintings are in many galleries of Moscow and St. Petersburg. In 1993 he was a participant of the annual exhibition in the Central House of Artists in Moscow. During 1993-2006 he took part in exhibitions of Russian artists in Finland, Sweden and the USA. His works are in private and corporate collections in our country and around the world.
