Professional bakery chef Vladimir Sizov has been working in the Bakery cakes for more than ten years. He studied at the Confectionary and Bakery Mastery Lyceum. In 2004 Vladimir Sizov opened “Cake shop” with a team of very skillful and talented food artists, whose job is to create a sweet culmination of any celebration – birthday, wedding, corporate party, or any important event. As a result, “Cake shop” by Vladimir Sizov now plays a significant role in shaping the modern style cakes in St. Petersburg and Russia.
